What is the shirt of the month subscription?
Shirt of the Month is a subscription-based program where we design and produce a Tennessee-themed t-shirt each month.
How do I sign up for the shirt of the month subscription?

What are my subscription options?
We offer 3 different subscription options:
- Ongoing monthly subscription 
- 3 month non-recurring subscription 
- 6 month non-recurring subscription 
How much are the subscriptions?
- Monthly ($10-14/month depending on size + $3 shipping + 9.75% TN tax)
- 3 month ($30-$42 depending on size + $9 shipping + 9.75% TN tax)
- 6 month ($60-$84 depending on size + $18 shipping + 9.75% TN tax)
What is the difference between the monthly recurring subscription and the non-recurring options?
- A non-recurring subscription is a one-time, upfront purchase that does not renew. You can purchase the gift subscription for family/friends or someone can gift it to you. Our gift subscription comes in 3 month and 6 month options which will not automatically renew.
- The monthly, recurring subscription plan is an auto renew plan. You will receive a shirt of the month every month unless you decide to cancel your subscription.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $3 per shirt per shipment.
Will all of your Shirt of the Month t-shirts have an state of Tennessee theme?
Yes! We are a local business in Cookeville with a small staff of hard-working Tennesseans and love this land we call home and those 3 stars. Tennesseans are unique and pride themselves in this ole Rocky Top, and through our subscription programs we want to offer them a way to show their state pride.
Will all of your Shirt of the Month t-shirts have a Tennessee Vols theme?
No.  Each month the design will be based on the state of Tennessee (not just our Rocky Top pride).
Can I purchase the shirt of the month without enrolling in the program?
No. Our shirt of the month is a unique program, and we try to keep the t-shirts special for our subscribers.  On occasion if we printed extra of a design, our subscription subscribers will have first shot at purchasing the designs.
How can I change my address?
In order to update the delivery address for your subscription, you will need to first login to your account. Once logged in, click on Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address.  You can also send us an email to or give us a call at 888-959-2870.
Can I change my shirt size?
Yes.  Log In to your account to manage the subscriptions.  In the Subscriptions tab on the left, you will see the existing subscriptions listed.  On this page, click Edit beside the product.  Then click Change Product Variant.  Choose the new variant and Save. You can also send us an email to or give us a call at 888-959-2870.
When am I billed?
You are billed the first day you sign up. Going forward, we bill on the 25th of every month.
What kind of shirts do you use?
We print our designs on Next Level or Bella Canvas shirts.  The shirts will vary between the two brands depending on the color of shirt that we choose each month.  The shirts will either be 100% ring-spun cotton jersey or a 50/50 combed ring-spun cotton/polyester jersey blend.
When will my order ship?
We ship the first week of every month via USPS First Class Mail. Transit times are roughly 3-5 days although it is usually a little faster for in state orders. Subscription shipments will generally arrive within the first week of the new month.
Can I give the shirt of the month subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! If you have a hard to buy for Tennessean that you need a gift for, our shirt of the month is an awesome gift that keeps on giving! Just make sure you fill out the appropriate information on the Subscriber form (where shirt will be shipped, recipient’s name, email, etc.). Since our system does not share payment information between accounts, it’s best to sign up for a new subscription completely.
How do I cancel my recurring subscription?
Bummer. We are sad to see you go. You can cancel your recurring subscription any time. You will need to first login to your account. Click the Subscriptions tab and next to your subscription you will see a Cancel button on the right.  If you cancel after the 25th of the month (our billing date), you will be billed for that month, but not the next month.

Yes, we love doing custom orders! If you need t-shirts, or any other kind of apparel please contact us through our website‘s contact form. We will walk you through the entire process, from design to completion, making sure you get what you want and are proud of what you get.
